Does Luxerior deliver?
Yes, we do. Once you order from our website, you can expect all our products to be delivered within 3-36 days.
I live in Dhaka city. Do I have to pay?
All our deliveries in Dhaka are free of cost.
I live outside Dhaka. Do I have to pay?
Yes, we’re afraid you will have to pay for this. It depends on where you are located as our delivery costs vary from place to place.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes, we do. A member of staff will come to your location after your product is delivered. They will help and assist you in setting up your product at no cost.

Our Repair and Warranty Services

Does my product come with a warranty?
No, but LUXERIOR will replace any product with manufacturing defect. Moreover, LUXERIOR uses top quality raw materials, deploys top craftsmanship, and performs stringent quality control. Once the product is delivered, assembled, and accepted by the customer, LUXERIOR will assume that it has fully performed on its obligations.
I’ve noticed a fault or I have received a faulty product. What should I do?

Once you notice a fault please send us a photo of the product and the area in question. You can send your photo to sales@luxerior.com.bd. After inspecting and evaluating the photo of the damaged product, if we deem the damage to be a manufacturing fault then we will be in touch. At this stage, we will let you know the timelines on when we will be able to repair your product.

How long will it take to repair the product(s)?
It should take about 14 to 21 working days but we need to evaluate the fault first. We will aim to get your product back to you at the earliest in all instances but just to be on the safe side we expect this timeframe. Please see repair policy and charges.

Our Customization Policy

Can I change the size of my own furniture?
Unfortunately, we can’t cater to this request. We follow very stringent production guidelines and each and every product of ours is made for use. Whether it’s the size or fabric of a particular product we ensure what you see is what you get.

Our Return and Exchange Policy

What is the LUXERIOR Return/Exchange Policy?
If you change your mind, you may seek replacement with a different product of the same price or higher within 7 days. No cash refund will be provided. If your product of choice is of a higher price, you must pay the difference in price. A 10% service charge will be applied for re-delivery. We are unable to provide an exchange for your items if the product is found to be dirty, stained, scratched, damaged or abused.
