Cancellation and Refund
As every piece of furniture is custom-made specifically for you, full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
Once payment is made and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable.
If, for reasons beyond our control, LUXERIOR is unable to fulfil your order, we will refund you in full.
Exchange of Product
As every item is made to order, we are unable to offer an exchange if you simply change your mind about the color, fabric, size, or model.
If an incorrect product, color, fabric, or size is delivered due to an error on our part, we will correct or replace it at no additional cost. Manufacturing defects are covered separately under our Warranty policy.
